Tiffany is the Founder and CEO of Haraka Headhunters LLC, bringing a strong foundation in business and a proven track record in recruitment. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from City College and an MBA from Thomas Edison State University. She also pursued an Associate’s degree in journalism at Herkimer County Community College directly after graduating high school.

Her career spans leading staffing and corporate environments, including Brook Street (UK), where she specialized in business development, and Robert Half, where she worked as an Attorney Recruiter. Tiffany has also held technical recruiting roles with The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation and Panasonic Avionics, giving her a well-rounded perspective across industries.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys swimming and unwinding with great stories — whether it’s binge-watching series like Game of Thrones or reading her favorite novel, Sycamore Row. She’s equally drawn to compelling true stories, with All the Money in the World among her favorite films.

With a sharp eye for talent and a passion for connecting people with opportunity, Tiffany leads Haraka Headhunters LLC with energy, insight, and purpose.

Emmanuel (Abimbola) Ojo is the Regional Recruitment & Business Development Manager at Haraka Headhunters LLC, where he connects top legal talent with law firms across the United States. He holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Kwara State University.

Emmanuel is passionate about helping attorneys find roles that truly align with their goals while supporting law firms in building strong, high-performing teams. He is known for his thoughtful approach, strong relationship-building skills, and a keen eye for identifying the right fit for both candidates and clients.

Outside of work, he enjoys jogging, swimming, and playing football. He also unwinds with great stories — whether it’s watching series like Six Flying Dragons or reading impactful books such as The 5 AM Club and Master Your Time — and values spending quality time with his family.

Jane Wanjira is the kind of person who makes everything look effortless as an Administrative Assistant and Personal Assistant to Tiffany, CEO of Haraka Headhunters LLC, an attorney search firm. She holds an MBA in Business Administration – Management from Berkeley College. Jane is the behind-the-scenes force who keeps the moving pieces connected, organized, and running seamlessly.

While she may not always be the person tackling the biggest or most visible tasks, Jane has a remarkable talent for managing the many small details that make a big difference. From keeping schedules and communications organized to staying on top of details, coordinating priorities, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, she is often the steady hand behind a smooth day.

Jane understands that in a fast-paced environment, the little things matter. A timely reminder, a well-organized calendar, a thoughtful follow-up, or simply knowing what needs to happen next can make all the difference. Her attention to detail, discretion, reliability, and natural organizational skills help keep Tiffany focused on leading the firm while ensuring clients receive the responsive, polished experience they deserve.

Abdullah Ashfaq is a recruiter specializing in U.S. attorney placements and executive search at Haraka Headhunters LLC. With a background spanning legal recruiting, technical hiring, and HR operations, he brings a people-first approach to connecting high-caliber talent with the right opportunities.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from UVAS Business School, Lahore. During his academic journey, Abdullah was actively involved in leadership and extracurricular activities, serving as a Coordinator for the UVAS Sports Society while also representing the university in national-level boxing championships.

Abdullah’s recruitment experience includes attorney recruiting for U.S.-based law firms at Haraka Headhunters LLC and full-cycle technical recruitment at WADIC, where he managed sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding across a variety of roles. His experience extends across the U.S., Pakistan, and Bangladesh markets, giving him a strong understanding of cross-border hiring dynamics and talent acquisition strategies.

Ngozi Bosah, Business Development Manager at Haraka Headhunters LLC

Ngozi Bosah

Business Development Manager

Ngozi Bosah is a law graduate of the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom and is currently enrolled at the Nigerian Law School, where she is pursuing qualification as a Barrister and Solicitor, with an anticipated call to the Nigerian Bar in July 2027.

She began her journey with Haraka Headhunters LLC as a part-time team member and now serves as a Business Development Manager, where she plays an integral role in driving business development, cultivating relationships, and supporting the continued growth of our attorney-recruitment practice.

At Haraka, Ngozi has had the privilege of working closely with our CEO and Founder, Tiffany Meikle, whose leadership, work ethic, and wonderfully sociable spirit she greatly admires. For Ngozi, the experience has been an invaluable opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute within an ambitious and people-focused organization.

Outside of work and law, Ngozi enjoys spending time with family and friends, embracing new experiences, and, naturally, indulging in a little good entertainment. Her current all-time favorite read is After: The Series on Wattpad, while XO, Kitty holds the crown as her favorite series. And when it comes to movies, High School Musical 3 has her heart—because some classics simply cannot be topped.

Mariano Rudolf is a bilingual Argentine attorney and Business Development Manager at Haraka Headhunters LLC, where he helps connect U.S.-based law firms with skilled legal professionals and supports the development of strategic relationships within the legal industry. His background as a practicing lawyer in Argentina, combined with his experience supporting U.S. law firms, gives him a unique understanding of both legal systems and the demands of modern legal practice.

Mariano earned his Law Degree from Universidad Nacional del Sur in Argentina and completed a Postgraduate Program in Criminal Law. He further pursued postgraduate studies in Corporate Compliance and Corporate Criminal Responsibility at Universidad Católica Argentina and earned a Diploma in Judicial Innovation and Technology Management from the Council of the Judiciary.

His professional experience spans the Argentine judicial system and U.S. legal practice. Before transitioning into his current role in business development, Mariano worked as a Judicial Assistant in a Criminal Court in Argentina, gaining firsthand insight into judicial procedure, litigation, and the inner workings of the court system. He later brought that legal foundation to the United States, working as a Paralegal and Legal Assistant supporting U.S. law firms, including matters involving personal injury and first-party property insurance litigation.

Outside of work, Mariano is passionate about sports. He plays soccer and trains in boxing, two pursuits that reflect his appreciation for discipline, persistence, and continuous improvement. He also enjoys relaxing with a good television series—currently, How I Met Your Mother—and counts Luis Ángel Firpo, Soy Yo, the story of legendary Argentine heavyweight Luis Ángel Firpo, among his favorite books.

Kainat Ali is a Business Development Manager at Haraka Headhunters LLC, where building relationships is both her expertise and her favorite part of the job. She partners with law firms across the United States, as well as companies seeking exceptional in-house counsel, to understand their hiring goals and connect them with top-tier legal talent. Whether she’s opening new doors or strengthening long-standing partnerships, Kainat is driven by the belief that the best placements begin with genuine connections.

Before launching her career in business development, Kainat earned a Master’s degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) in Lahore. Her scientific background sharpened her analytical thinking and curiosity—qualities that now help her understand clients’ needs, ask the right questions, and deliver thoughtful solutions.

A self-proclaimed Libra, she enjoys finding balance through pottery and knitting, and she’s always up for a compelling story. Whether she’s revisiting Gone Girl or watching Suits, she’s drawn to sharp characters, clever strategy, and memorable conversations.

Kingsley Barrah is a Business Development Associate at Haraka Headhunters LLC, with over 9 years of experience in administration and a proven track record in virtual staff recruitment and human resources. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria, and possesses two certifications in Virtual Assistance and Data Analysis. Kingsley is at home at Haraka Headhunters LLC and is confident in the leadership of the ever competent, patient, and resourceful CEO, Tiffany.

His career includes serving as Head of Staff for Tasktide Virtual Staffing Agency, UK, where he managed staff operations and conducted end-to-end recruitment, as well as serving as Lead Virtual Assistant for Yogi Group Massachusetts. Kingsley also has years of experience as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Technical Officer of Enugu Electricity Distribution Company, the power distribution company in Nigeria, which makes him well-rounded and resourceful.

Outside of work, Kingsley enjoys singing and playing the guitar in addition to watching and playing football on the weekends. He is an ardent supporter of Chelsea F.C. He is also a fan of all the series in the Power Universe, the Game of Thrones Universe, and the Vampire Diaries Universe.

With a knack for general administration and a penchant for proactivity and problem-solving, Kingsley is poised to be a great asset for Haraka Headhunters LLC.

Eric is an Attorney Recruiter at Haraka Headhunters LLC and a current student at CUNY Queens College, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics. His professional background spans multiple industries — from real estate sales at the largest brokerage firm in the U.S. by sales volume, to hands-on technical work in his university’s 3D printing lab, where he developed proficiency in 3D prototyping. He also holds professional certificates in cybersecurity and finance.

In his current role at Haraka, Eric focuses on placing attorneys with top law firms, bringing sharp communication and a meticulous eye for detail to every search. Working directly under CEO Tiffany Meikle, Eric credits her mentorship with actively shaping how he thinks and communicates — she pushes him to approach every placement with greater precision, reinforcing that the smallest details are often the ones that matter most.

Outside of work, Eric stays active at the gym and on the yoga mat, and unwinds with a good novel — the kind with the scope and depth of The Count of Monte Cristo. When it comes to screen time, you’ll likely find him rewatching Breaking Bad.

Victor Hussain is an Attorney Recruiter at Haraka Headhunters LLC, bringing five years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources across the United States, EMEA, and Southeast Asia. His international perspective, combined with a strong understanding of recruitment and talent strategy, enables him to identify exceptional legal professionals and connect them with opportunities aligned with their experience, ambitions, and long-term career objectives.

Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Health and Production from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in Nigeria and is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) through the Rahn Wesley Institute of Management in the United Kingdom. He has also earned certifications in Health & Social Care and First Aid at Work from Lead Academy and Inspire College of London. He is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Nigeria.

Throughout his career, Victor has worked across diverse industries and international markets, developing expertise in talent acquisition, business development, and relationship management. At Haraka Headhunters LLC, he focuses on attorney recruitment and business development, partnering with law firms and corporate legal departments throughout the United States to identify and attract highly qualified legal talent.

Victor approaches every search with a combination of diligence, discernment, and genuine curiosity about people. He understands that successful legal recruitment is about more than matching credentials to a job description; it is about understanding the needs of an organization, the strengths of a candidate, and the intersection between the two.

Outside of work, Victor enjoys staying active through football, both playing and following the sport, and appreciates a compelling story in any form. His favorite book, The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene, reflects his interest in strategy, human behavior, and leadership, while Black Panther remains one of his favorite films for its compelling themes of identity, leadership, and purpose.
